Brittany Evans-Spruill is the founder of Exceptional Achievement and a passionate advocate for student and family success. With more than a decade of experience in Education and Human Services, Brittany has dedicated her career to empowering learners, guiding parents, and building bridges between home, school, and community.

Brittany often says that education should never stop in the traditional classroom setting, because she believes that education expands far beyond four walls. To her, real learning happens at home, in communities, and in the everyday experiences that shape a child’s growth and resilience.

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Brittany witnessed firsthand how students were experiencing devastating learning loss while families struggled to adapt. At the same time, many adults in her community faced unemployment and uncertainty. Driven by a desire to respond, she founded Exceptional Achievement to tackle learning loss, provide academic support, and create opportunities for those seeking meaningful work in education.

Brittany holds a B.A. in Sociology, dual master’s degrees in General and Special Education, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. Her academic background and professional experience allow her to view students not only as learners but as whole individuals shaped by their environments, families, and communities.

Through Exceptional Achievement, Brittany continues her mission to ensure that every learner’s journey is truly exceptional—embracing growth, resilience, and empowerment beyond the classroom.

What does Exceptional Achievement Mean?

At Exceptional Achievement, we believe being exceptional isn’t about being perfect — it’s about rising above challenges, embracing your unique strengths, and growing into the best version of yourself.

  • Exceptional means every child is seen as unique, gifted with potential, and worthy of support.

  • Achievement means progress in every area of life — academic, social, emotional, and personal.

Together, Exceptional Achievement means helping learners and families shine in ways that go far beyond the classroom. ✨

💡 Because every child deserves the tools, support, and love to shine bright.

That’s our mission. That’s our promise.
